The top button snap has a post of 1/4" long.
The bottom button snap has a normal release tension.
These caps have a longer post for use when setting in thicker materials.
Made in non-corrosive, marine grade, stainless steel.
The stainless post is also stronger for self punching through heavy webbings etc.
