This is primarily used for the Terrova Trolling Motors but could be used in a Ulterra if wanted
It does not have the Universal Sonar
This is the lower unit with the shaft pressed into it.
It is fully assembled with the wires hooked up in the lower unit and running up the shaft.

All you will have to do is take yours apart and slide the new one into your bow mount, hook up the two wires and put your existing propeller on.
